I had an amazing stay at Novotel in Times Square! The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to all the action. The rooms were clean and quiet, which was impressive for being right in the heart of the city. Service was friendly most of the time, but I felt it could have been a bit quicker during peak hours. The rooftop bar with its fantastic views made for a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
I had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Times Square! The location is fantastic, very close to all the action but still tranquil enough to enjoy a good night's sleep. The views from my room were breathtaking, making my New York experience even more special. While the staff was generally helpful, I did face a bit of inconvenience with the coffee facilities in my room and some service delays during peak hours. Overall, a great hotel for enjoying the heart of NYC!
